Social Work Counselling, Psychotherapy & Nervous System Therapy

Our Social Work Counselling and Psychotherapy services offer compassionate, client-centered support for mental health and emotional well-being. We create a safe, non-judgmental space to explore challenges such as stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and more.

We offer individual counselling, couples counselling, and couples therapy, all tailored to meet each person’s or partnership’s unique needs.

Our integrative approach draws from a range of evidence-based and trauma-informed therapies, including:

  • Nervous System Therapy

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

  • Somatic Therapy

  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)

  • DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy)

  • IFS (Internal Family Systems)

These modalities support clients in regulating their nervous systems, processing trauma, developing emotional resilience, and reconnecting with a sense of inner balance and clarity.

Through personalized care, our services aim to empower individuals and couples to build resilience, foster growth, and create lasting, positive change in their lives.

Sessions are available In-Person, By Phone, or Online via Jane.
