Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying)
Nickole Gregorio
Nickole Gregorio is more than a therapist—she’s a deeply compassionate guide for those seeking to feel more connected, grounded, and understood. With a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a professional background spanning private practice, education, and community services, Nickole brings a rich blend of lived experience, clinical training, and human warmth into every session.
Nickole’s journey into psychotherapy was born from her own belief in the power of healing through connection—with ourselves, with each other, and with the stories that shape us. She knows what it’s like to carry complex emotions, to feel lost in life transitions, and to long for a space where all of your parts can be heard and held. This personal insight, combined with her training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and compassion-focused approaches, informs the thoughtful, attuned care she provides.
She specializes in working with racialized and neurodiverse clients, and offers support for those navigating intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, caregiving stress, burnout, self-esteem issues, and relationship challenges. Nickole takes an integrative, client-centered approach—tailoring every session to the unique needs and strengths of the person in front of her.
At the heart of Nickole’s philosophy is the belief that we all hold an innate capacity to heal and reconnect with our authentic Self—the inner core of who we are that holds joy, wisdom, resilience, and calm. Her sessions are not about fixing you, but about helping you reclaim the parts of yourself that may have been silenced, shamed, or forgotten.
