With over 20 years of dedicated experience supporting children, youth, and families, Natalie Holmes is a beacon of resilience and empowerment. A proud graduate of McMaster University, where she earned her Bachelor of Sociology and Bachelor of Social Work, Natalie furthered her journey by completing her Master of Social Work at Dalhousie University. Her commitment to lifelong learning is evidenced by her extensive certifications, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Advanced Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, as well as training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Trauma, and Attachment.

Natalie’s expertise lies in guiding individuals through mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and workplace stress, as well as life transitions and interpersonal challenges. Her holistic approach to mental health is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can unlock their inner strength and resilience.

From her roots working with youth involved in the criminal justice system to her impactful roles in education and healthcare, Natalie has always prioritized understanding and uplifting those she serves. Whether tackling life's challenges or embracing new opportunities, Natalie Holmes is steadfast in her mission to empower individuals and foster positive change through her work in Fisherville.
